Чего-то не хватает, а чего не понятно. Пишет, что следующий пакет ладшафтов содержит ошибку и поэтому не будет загружен: Custom Scenery/URMM Требуется дополнительная библиотека, которая в настоящий момент не установлена.

Кроме перечисленных в описании библиотек потребовалось также установить:
После их установки нужно поместить их ниже аэропорта в файле scenery.ini.
Тогда всё должно завестись. Удачи!
