Just a quick WINWING/WINCTRL 3N PDC EFIS panel to be added to Karaya's Winwing PAP3 and PFP 3N Profile for FlightFactor 757:

I just added it to this existing profile; I used Karaya's installation method 2 for their wonderful profile. I used basic datarefs for mine. Someone can probably write better conditional arguments for some of the buttons, but this works.
NOTE: I don't know if this works without the Python script (I barely even know what a Python script is or does) and instructions provided in the link. I am not a computer guy, so I can't answer any questions meaningfully—sorry! But if you add this to the above profile and follow those instructions first, you'll have the left EFIS working in the sim.
PROFILE
Known Limitations:
-- I mapped the WXR, STA, WPT, etc. buttons to what they are called; they are in a different order on your actual WINWING panel. POS and TERR are available for whatever you'd like (not added to the profile).
-- BARO selector isn't synched with the right side. You'd have to bind a key in the FF757 to sync the altimiters.
-- ND RANGE only goes up to 320nm on the 757. The 640 selector "resets" the knob to a known value in case you scroll the virtual knob (the dataref is a weird one for the range selector, so I just used fixed values).
Known Bugs:
-- BARO IN/HPA selector doesn't animate.
-- MINS RADIO/BARO selector doesn't animate, and it doesn't always work immediately (dataref is correct and MobiFlight looks fine, so the sim might not like when you switch back and forth too quickly).
Please do anything you want with this. It's very useful since the Boeing 757 EFIS panel in the sim is in such a difficult spot to manipulate!
