SimLoad Manager – Realistic PAX, Cargo & Fuel Ground Operations

Simulate cargo, fuel and passenger loading/unloading times in X-Plane 12. With adjustable parameters for both boarding and deboarding, you can customize the time it takes to load or unload your aircraft in the .lua. This plugin integrates with SimBrief, allowing you to load your flight data and automatically set passenger and cargo numbers. It provides real-time updates on the progress of the loading process and a time estimate for completion in combiation with Simple Ground Equipment & Services.

Installation 🛠️

  • Extract the contents of the archive.
  • Place all files in the FlyWithLua/Scripts/ folder of your X-Plane installation.
  • You can add a shortcut in x-plane key options : flywithlua > Simload Manager.

🚨 ⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE STEP REQUIRED ⚠️

Before launching v1.9.0, you MUST delete the file:

Resources/plugins/FlyWithLua/Modules/simload_settings.txt

This file will be automatically recreated on first launch.

Failing to delete it may cause incorrect timings or interface errors.

  • SimBrief account is required to import pax & cargo data.

Hi @captainwalker As for GHD, I haven't had time to look into it yet, but it's on my to-do list. As for accounting, I've started digging into it and even written some code. But the more I dig... the deeper I get myself into trouble. It's very complicated to have something versatile between planes when it comes to loading.

I was wondering if we can get a compatibility with ground handling deluxe. So it calls the GHD vehicles instead of SGES. And maybe we can get actual loading in the future so I don't have to set any weight in the aircraft

Fuel doesn’t go up after refueling is in progress also please make cargo and passengers load at the same time

Can you please make it possible for cargo and passengers to load at the same time? That would make this much better.

Timing for refueling the A340 is still wildly high, want's nearly 2 hours for 200klbs

this sim loader is cool but not accurate in fuel cargo and passenger in iscs in tolis
