As i have tried other Visualxp presets such as alpha's preset or booster's preset, i found no balance of a natural look when combining all of the situations(excluding the clouds). I tried to play with settings for few days to get the natural look for the sky and atmosphere no matter at what time.

For cloud settings credit's to booster's preset.
